Wild West Arena Rules
If you’re at the Wild West Arena, you’re in for an amazing time. But having a fun time at the arena requires certain rules to be in place. These rules help ensure that everyone has a safe time. And all guests must abide by these rules.
Please take a moment to read on to discover these rules. All guests will be expected to follow them. Failure to abide by these rules may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy
The Wild West Arena wants to provide the best assistance and accommodations they can. So they are happy to discuss your specific needs for your upcoming visit. Service animals are allowed, but guests should contact the venue no later than three weeks prior to your upcoming event, so you can discuss how they can best assist your service animal.
If you have any ADA-accommodation needs, then please contact the box office in advance. It’s recommended that you call at least 3 weeks before the show to discuss your needs and see if the venue can help.
Bag Policy
Each ticketed attendee will be allowed to enter with one (1) clear plastic bag. Fans will be able to carry the following styles and bag sizes into the arena;
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags. The bag cannot be larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″.
- Exceptions will be made for approved medical needs items after proper inspection.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Purses larger than a clutch bag
- Coolers
- Briefcases
- Backpacks
- Fanny packs
- Solid drawstring bags
- Luggage of any kind
- Computer bags
- Camera bags
- Binocular Cases
- Diaper Bags
- Any bag larger than the permissible size
- Non-approved seat cushions and chairbacks*
*Non-approved seat cushions and chairbacks include large traditional seat cushions that have backs or metal fastenings. Seat cushions must be 16″ or less in width.
Camera Policy
Camera policy is dependent on the needs of the visiting performer. This means that some shows may allow photos and non-professional recordings while others do not. Please read the event description to check. If an event description does not state a policy, please call the venue to find out what you need to know.

Lost and Found Policy
If you lost something at the venue then please call (308) 532-7939 after the event to check if anything was found or turned in. You may also ask staff about the lost and found section.
Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s). The Wild West Arena and staff are not responsible for lost items.

Prohibited Items
These following items are not allowed in the venue for any reason:
- Outside alcohol
- Sealed bottles of water (empty water bottle without the lid may be brought inside)
- Inflatable objects (beach balls, latex balloons, etc.)
- Cans
- Outside food / beverages
- Weapons (i.e. pocket knives, pepper spray, stun-guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, etc.)
- Audio, video or digital recording devices (including GoPros) except for accredited members of the media.
- Commercial photography of any type.
- Laser pointers/pens
- Hard case containers (coolers, briefcases, etc.)
- Missile-like objects
- Air horns/whistles
- Animals (except service animals)
- Illegal drugs
- Chemicals
- Fireworks, smoke bombs, etc.
- Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, equipment bags, etc.
- Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, ice skaters, etc.
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, stickers, etc.
- Any other devices that may potentially cause harm to others
- Other items as determined by facility management.
These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.
The Wild West Arena reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Re-Entry/Entry Policy
Generally, re-entry is not allowed. Please don’t leave the venue until you are ready to go home. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please seek help from the north or south information desks.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and refunds will not be issued. There may be an exception if an event is postponed or canceled due to weather or artist cancellation. In those cases, please call the venue to ask if there is a special policy in place.
Smoking Rules
Please contact the venue to ask if there are designated smoking areas nearby.
